Evocary Shop Policies Return Policy

 • Customers have 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

 • Items can be returned even if the packaging has been opened; however, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

• Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward another item in our store.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Process a Return

1. To begin a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
2.  Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to us within the timeframe provided.
